Tintswalo’s food is about the passion and the love for food, the idea of creating something magnificent, to exceed
guests’ expectations and give them ultimate satisfaction.
Our food is also about taste and flavours that are craved. We want people to be awoken by the taste of our food. We want
them to get excited by the aromas from our Kitchen, and make them feel like the food was made especially for them. This
is why we create the ultimate dining experience for our guests; it’s almost as if you have your own personal chef that
caters for your exact needs.
Atlantic food is personal. From the word ‘go’ our guests will have the feeling that it’s a home away from home. The
Kitchen is open to the Dining Room and guests can have a seat at the counter and view the action of the Chefs while
having a sip of wine or even getting some cooking tips!
Our Chefs will also chat to guests to discuss their exact needs. The Atlantic Kitchen is about meeting guests’
expectations, but also adding an element of surprise that will make for a truly memorable dining experience.
Breakfast
Full English Breakfast is served daily in the Dining Room, on the Deck or guests are
welcome to request a private breakfast in their suite. A packed breakfast is also available on request should
guests want to go on an early walk or excursion.
Lunch
Lunch at Tintswalo Atlantic will be served upon guests’ requests. Guests can enjoy the
daily set menu, or can discuss their personal requests with the Chef, who will gladly prepare individual dishes
to be served in the Dining Room, at the Kitchen Counter, on the Deck or in the privacy of their own suite.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is a scrumptious selection of the most amazing treats and can be enjoyed on
the stunning Restaurant Deck, in one of the cosy Lounge areas or as Room Service if desired.
Dinners
We cater for any guest request, from a four-course set menu to a single-course dinner if
specially requested by a guest. Should you have guests joining you for dinner, kindly book with us at Reception
and our Chef will gladly discuss the menu options with you.
In-Room Service
In-Room Service is available during the Fork and Spoon operating hours.
