Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality & Tourism preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Central Reservations role.
  • Proficient in reservation systems; BENSON experience advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience dealing with travel agents and tour operators.
  • Sales-driven with upselling experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
