Minimum Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and Tourism is preferred.
  • 5 years in a central resevations setting.
  • Well-versed in booking systems, Benson experience advantageous.
  • Computer literate in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Target driven and sales oriented.

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
  • Certification or experience in credit management.
  • 2 years experience in a debtors control role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate proficiency in Excel).
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards.
