Requirements:

• 5+ yrs bookkeeping experience (hospitality an advantage).
• Strong in reconciliations, VAT & payments.
• Solid understanding of accounting to trial balance.
• Proficient in Xero / Pastel & Excel.
• Experience with supplier, bank & credit card reconciliations.
• Accurate, organised & deadline-driven.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

• SAIPA/SAICA qualified with 3-5 years' hospitality experience.
• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS for SMEs / GAAP.
• Proven ability in reconciliations, VAT, and month-end close.

• Experience managing multi-entity structures essential.
• Commercially minded, able to analyse performance and support budgets.
• Confident communicator across all levels.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
