Protecting Paradise: The Friends of Tintswalo Initiative at Boulders Beach

Friends of Tintswalo is the formalisation of our family's long-standing passion for Africa's wild places and its incredible people. This non-profit initiative is our pledge to support conservation efforts and uplift local communities. At the iconic Boulders Beach, this commitment is expressed through a dual mission: protecting our unique marine world and investing in the futures of local youth.

Empowering Future Leaders at Ocean View High School

A core part of our local support is our partnership with Ocean View High School. We specifically assist their Consumer Studies program, a practical curriculum that includes Tourism, Fashion Design, and Culinary Studies. By supporting these programs, we help equip students with the tangible skills and hands-on experience needed to build successful careers in their community and beyond.

Preserving Our Pristine Coastline: The Beach Clean-Up Initiative

Living and working in such a special environment comes with a duty of care. Tintswalo Boulders organises and participates in regular beach clean-ups to preserve our beautiful coastline and protect the diverse marine life that depends on it. We warmly encourage our guests and community members to join us in these rewarding efforts, turning a visit to the beach into a powerful act of conservation.

Become a Friend of Tintswalo

We invite you to join us in making a difference. Your support helps us continue our mission to uplift communities, promote conservation, and create sustainable solutions for future generations across all our properties.
