From Hoedspruit:
1. From Hoedspruit, take the R40 towards White River.
2. Continue until you see the signs for Eastgate Airport / Timbavati. Turn left here
onto Argyle Road. (Note: mobile signal may be lost along this road until just before
you reach the farm).
3. You’ll pass through the first control gate. Advise security that you are going to the
Klaserie.
4. Continue for about 18 km until you reach a large boom gate. Stop here and inform
security that you are going to Klaserie Bateleur’s Nest.
***Do not turn left at the earlier Klaserie sign before this main gate ***
5. Immediately after the boom gate, turn left and drive in the opposite direction. The
road will make a sharp right-angle bend.
6. Continue along this road until you reach the next gate, where you will be asked to
present your QR code.
7. From this point, drive for approximately 3 km through the Klaserie Game Reserve.
8. Follow the signage to Tintswalo Scops Rest.
